Service: Apply for the development of the Russian Safety Data Sheets

According to the GOST 30333-2007 (Russian legislation for Safety Data Sheets), the Russian SDS must be developed for the following chemical products:
• Substance;
• Mixture;
• Material;
• Industrial waste;

The Russian SDS is not required for the following product types:
• Minerals in a state of occurrence (i.e. as extracted);
• Finished pharmaceuticals;
• Finished perfumes and cosmetics;
• Radiating, nuclear and radioactive substances;
• Finished food products;
• Chemical products manufactured under the closed (secret) nomenclature;
• Articles that in the process of use do not change their chemical composition, state of matter and do not emit chemicals into the environment in concentrations which can harmfully impact the health and property of citizens, state or municipal property, the environment.

You can determine whether the type of the product using the TN VED Goods Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activities of the Russian Federation and OKPD-2 (Russian Classification of Products by Economic Activities ).

In order to assess the required work, send an application letter to expert@interexpert.info using the blank form of the organization. Attach the following documents:
• Registration application (signed scanned copy);
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• The document in accordance with which the product is manufactured (GOST, Technical specification, STO, OST) (electronic copy);
• Client details form (infocard) (electronic copy).

If your request is urgent, please indicate so in the letter (this will increase the final cost). You’ll get a reply within one work day – with further clarifications (if necessary) and the results of the preliminary documents review. In case there is enough information you’ll also receive the agreement and the invoice.

Please note that when sending electronic versions of documents, you must use standard formats for document names according to the instructions

For all types of products the following documents should be presented:
• Application letter from the organization which paid the fees, as well as the list of attachments;
• Power of attorney for submitting documents for registration of the Russian SDS (in case the entity which submits the documents differs from the entity which receives the SDS) (only for the intermediaries) (signed scanned copy);
• Application (download) (signed scanned copy);
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• The document in accordance with which the product is manufactured (GOST, Technical specification, STO, OST) (electronic copy);
• Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, conclusions, etc. (if available) (electronic copy);
• Payment transaction confirmation (electronic copy).

For pesticides and agrochemicals the following documents should be presented:
• Application letter from the organization which paid the fees, as well as the list of attachments;
• Power of attorney for submitting documents for registration of the Russian SDS (in case the entity which submits the documents differs from the entity which receives the SDS) (only for the intermediaries) (signed scanned copy);
• Application (download) (signed scanned copy;
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• The document in accordance with which the product is manufactured (GOST, Technical specification, STO, OST) (electronic copy);
• Certificate of state registration for pesticide / agrochemical (electronic copy);
• Expert opinion on toxicological and hygienic evaluation of the pesticide / agrochemical by research institutions accredited by the Russian Ministry of Health (electronic copy);
• Recommendations for use of the pesticide / agrochemical (electronic copy);
• Sample container label for pesticide / agrochemical (electronic copy);
• Materials on environmental assessment of pesticide products (electronic copy);
• Payment transaction confirmation (electronic copy).

For imported products the following documents should be presented:
• Application letter from the organization which paid the fees, as well as the list of attachments
• Power of attorney for submitting documents for registration of the Russian SDS (in case the entity which submits the documents differs from the entity which receives the SDS) (only for the intermediaries) (signed scanned copy);
• Application (download) (signed scanned copy)
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• (Material) Safety Data Sheet - (M) SDS in English (electronic copy);
• (Material) Safety Data Sheet - (M)SDS на русском языке (электронная копия);
• Information letter on containers and packaging; warranty period of storage and shelf life of products (electronic copy);
• Technical product description (electronic copy);
• Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, conclusions, etc. (if available) (electronic copy);
• Payment transaction confirmation (electronic copy).

For reagents for water purification the following documents should be presented:
• Application letter from the organization which paid the fees, as well as the list of attachments
• Power of attorney for submitting documents for registration of the Russian SDS (in case the entity which submits the documents differs from the entity which receives the SDS) (only for the intermediaries) (signed scanned copy);
• Application (download) (signed scanned copy);
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• The document in accordance with which the product is manufactured (GOST, Technical specification, STO, OST) (electronic copy);
• Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, conclusions, etc. (if available) (electronic copy);
• Certificate of state registration (electronic copy);
• Expert opinion on the conformity of products with the Unified Sanitary and Epidemiological and Hygienic Requirements (electronic copy);
• Payment transaction confirmation (electronic copy).

For explosives the following documents should be presented:
• Application letter from the organization which paid the fees, as well as the list of attachments;
• Power of attorney for submitting documents for registration of the Russian SDS (in case the entity which submits the documents differs from the entity which receives the SDS) (only for the intermediaries) (signed scanned copy);
• Application (download) (signed scanned copy);
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• The document in accordance with which the product is manufactured (GOST, Technical specification, STO, OST) (electronic copy);
• Permission for the continuous use of explosives (in accordance with article 3 and appendix 6 of TR CU 028/2012 “On the safety of explosives and products on their basis” (electronic copy);
• Laboratory test reports, toxicological reports, certificates, declarations, conclusions, etc. (if available) (electronic copy);
• Payment transaction confirmation (electronic copy).

For disinfectants (including antiseptics) the following documents should be presented:
• Application letter from the organization which paid the fees, as well as the list of attachments;
• Power of attorney for submitting documents for registration of the Russian SDS (in case the entity which submits the documents differs from the entity which receives the SDS) (only for the intermediaries) (signed scanned copy);
• Application (download) (signed scanned copy);
• Information letter on the product composition (signed scanned copy);
• The document in accordance with which the product is manufactured (GOST, Technical specification, STO, OST) (electronic copy);
• Certificate of state registration (electronic copy);
